Community Resource Fair & Costume Swap: Kicks off at noon with vendor booths from partners like the Department of Mental Health & Hygiene, the Greater Astoria Historical Society, and a cost-free Halloween costume swap.

Interactive Art & Workshops: From 12:00–1:00 PM there’s a pumpkin-carving contest (limited slots). Between 12:00–3:00 PM, guests can drop into pumpkin decorating and make their own pipe-cleaner crowns with Wearable Tracy.

Vegan Food & Artist Market: 12:00–5:00 PM sees the PLANTED CULTURE MARKET (curated vegan food market) alongside the Artists for Mutual Aid market supporting local social-justice efforts.

Live Performances: 1:00–2:00 PM features a queer, anti-fascist drag-string-band performance by Xylocarp & JMDC. 2:00–2:45 PM features a site-specific eco-feminist installation “A Sea In-MOTION” by the Pioneers Go East Collective.

Dog Costume Contest: Starting at 3:00 PM, attendees can register their dogs (1pm registration) for one of New York’s largest dog-costume contests, co-hosted with Château le Woof. Prizes for winner, runner-up & third place.

Scenic Outdoor Venue: Held at Socrates Sculpture Park along the East River with views of Manhattan, ideal for photos and a festive afternoon outing.
